the customers, like the Need Help button that will be available

Responsibilities

towards the Company. Like:
a)
The keys and the vehicle must be looked after with care when the
customers are not using the vehicle. The vehicle must be either
locked or some security device must be fitted to it. The vehicle
must be protected from all sorts of bad whether and care should
be taken to make sure that correct fuel is used in the vehicle.
b)
The customers are responsible for all sorts of damages caused to
the vehicle, the damages can be caused either by hitting low-level
objects, such as bridges or low branches.
c)
Customers mustn’t sell, rent or dispose the vehicle or parts of
the vehicle and also should not give anyone any legal rights over
the vehicle.
d)
The customers must not allow anyone to work on the vehicle without
the permission from thrifty and if they give permission, they will
give a refund that too if the consumers have a receipt for the work.
e)
The customer must alert thrifty if s/he finds any fault with the
vehicle.
f)
Whoever rents a car from thrifty must bring the vehicle where they
have agreed, during the opening hours displayed at that place.
g)
The customer needs to pay reasonable costs of repair if the vehicle
has been damaged whilst in his care.
h)
One must check that none of his/her personal belongings are left
in the vehicle before giving it back.

assures that the vehicle is road worthy and suitable for renting
at the start of the rental period. Thrifty takes the responsibility
if some loss is caused because the vehicle not fit to drive. Thrifty
is responsible if someone gets injured or dies as a result of their
negligence, act or failure to act. Some of the losses are foreseeable
where they could be contemplated by both the renter and borrower
But at the same time they are responsible for any indirect losses
which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which
are not foreseeable by both thrifty and the its customer.
Thrifty
is responsible only for any loss or damage happened to any of the
property left in the vehicle if the loss has resulted from their
negligence.
Other
do’s and don’ts
After
taking a car for rent it should be driven only by the borrower or
any other driver named on the rental agreement, or by anyone else
they authorize in writing. Whoever drives the vehicle must have
a full valid license. The borrower or any authorized driver is not
allowed use the vehicle for towing unless they have given any permission.
Charges
Thrifty
work out their charges using their current price list. Some of the
charges that have to be paid are:
a)
The rental and any other charges will be worked out according to
the agreement.
b)
Any published rates for delivering and collecting the vehicle.
Thrifty
also provides some schemes for Insurances.
How
an agreement ends
The
agreement will end straight away if they find out that the borrowers
belongings are taken away to pay off the debts or if any of the
conditions of the agreement is not met. And if the borrower is a
company the agreement will end straight away if the borrower go
to liquidation or call a meeting of creditors, or if the renter
find out that the borrowers goods have been taken away because he
could not pay his debts and also if the borrower doesn’t meet the
conditions of this agreement.
Governing
law
This
agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which it is
signed and any dispute on this will be settled in the courts of
that particular country.
